it and buying a 95 TT within 3 months I can tell you the differences. The M3 was an awesome car, it had a great ride, excellent acceleration, perfect handling, and very comfortable to ride in, very refined car. The acceleration was very linear and made the car feel almost boring. The inline 6 pulled very strong. It was very nice to drive around town. However, it wasn't as much fun as my Z, the balls out seat of your pants feeling when the boost comes on in the Z cannot even compare to the M3. I am a boost junkie and know it. If I could have affored to keep the M3 and used it as a daily driver I would have. It was quick, and nice to drive, just not as fun as the Z. Now maybe if I would have spent 10K on a turbo kit for it it may have compared. As far as it against a stage II Z, that will be a close race. The M3 rockets out of the hole. He will get the jump on you if he knows how to drive. If the 95 he is getting is one of the 95 "lightweight" M3, he is probably going to take you. See ya, Aaron
